Seth Perler is a former teacher turned Executive Function Expert Nerd. He helps complicated, struggling students learn how awesome they are and creates breakthroughs to help change their trajectory. He teaches parents, educators, and coaches how to use his non-traditional methods to help kids boost Executive Function skills. Seth has a Master’s in Gifted Education and has worked in the Executive Function, ADHD, 2e, and Neurodiversity worlds since 2010. He is the creator and host of the ExecutiveFunctionSummit.com. Tristan Hils is a technician and designer based in Cleveland, Ohio. Identifying as he/they, Tristan works as a theatrical systems technician and lighting designer. Outside of work, Tristan is a self-described nerd who enjoys tinkering with technology and learning new things. Tristan is also a husband/partner, cat dad, OneWheel enthusiast, and climber.

David Mead is an Englishman living in the U.S.A. since 2001. He has been designing and building things on the web since the 90's, starting as a Front-end Developer and now focusing on User Experience. He enjoys jotting down his thoughts, memories, and experiences on his personal website.

James Gifford is a programmer, fitness enthusiast, and mental health advocate based in Columbus, OH. He currently works at Upstart.com as part of the Monolith Runteam, maintaining their Ruby on Rails Monolith. His work involves a wide range of technologies, from Ruby internals to Kubernetes autoscaling. In the past, he has worked at RVshare, Hotcards, LaunchHouse, Snowy Penguin Solutions, and DragonID. He was also a Community Moderator for Ask Ubuntu. James is also involved in community events like Cleveland GiveCamp, where he helps non-profit organizations with their technology needs.
